We are a dedicated telehealth program helping individuals affected by substance use disorder (SUD) access care from the comfort and privacy of their homes — through recovery coaching, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT).
Clients receive individualized support from trained, state-certified recovery coaches, and can join evidence-based and peer-supported group programs — including support for families and loved ones impacted by addiction.
Our virtual platform removes barriers for people who are unable or unwilling to attend in-person services. We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans.
